When Mitch Einertson smacked 24 homeruns in 63 games with the Greenville Astros in 2004, he put a giant bull’s-eye on his back as a player to watch for the next few years. Unfortunately, the 2004 Appalachian League Player of the Year couldn’t live up to the high expectations that his phenomenal first year set him up for.
